What is it?
Different from our one-on-one counseling service, group sessions allow family, friends, and coworkers to support one another through their health goals. Over the course of a month, a nutritional counselor guides your group through the fundamentals of nutrition. You receive insight regarding your unique nutritional profile and goals, while also learning how to build your own dietary program going forward. Group sessions ultimately empower you towards nutritional independence.
Who is it for?
Any group of people who are motivated to support one another through nutritional counseling can benefit from our group sessions. This service is especially popular among coworkers hoping to strengthen their bonds as a team while improving individual wellbeing. However, any group can participate.
You are also invited to bring any nutritional goal to a group session. Our service is tailored to meet your needs, whether your objective is weight loss, health, performance, or something else.
How Does It Work?
Once you’ve put together a committed group of individuals, contact us to schedule your first session. (We recommend all-female or all-male groups, as many individuals find it easier to openly discuss their nutritional concerns in same-sex groups.)
The first session lasts two hours. All follow-up sessions are one hour each. Overall, your group participates in one session a week over the course of a month.
